Christine M. Napierski is a founding partner of the law firm of Napierski, VanDenburgh, Napierski & O’Connor, LLP. Christine is an experienced trial attorney. For over twenty years she has been practicing law in the area of civil liability including but not limited to the defense of major medical malpractice cases, product liability, labor law, premises liability, municipal liability and automobile negligence. Christine has tried complex cases to verdict, and negotiated major settlements, represented clients at mediations and arbitrations and has argued appeals before the Appellate Division. Recently, Christine completed training in accordance with New York State Unified Court System requirements to become a mediator and is looking forward to expanding her practice to assist parties in resolving litigation in a fair, expedited and economical manner.Christine regularly represents physicians and other medical professionals with regard to licensing and disciplinary matters before the New York State Department of Health.
Since 2012, Christine has been honored with the designation as Super Lawyer in Upstate New York in the area of medical malpractice defense. She is the past President of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association. She is an active member of the Albany County Bar Association and the Capital District Women’s’ Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Christine is a graduate of Albany Law School and received her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University.
