
cdp@nullnvnolaw.comChristina D. Porter earned her undergraduate degree in political science from Oklahoma State University in 1988 and her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1998. Christina began her legal career in the New York City area, where she worked for a litigation firm handling employment discrimination matters and various other types of civil litigation, in both federal and state courts. She moved to Long Island, New York and worked for insurance defense firms in Smithtown and Mineola, New York representing school districts and municipalities in general negligence matters. Christina joined Napierski, VanDenburgh, Napierski & O’Connor in August of 2006, where she handles matters involving medical malpractice, dental malpractice, premises liability and general negligence.
Christina is admitted in New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association, the Saratoga County Bar Association and the Capital District Trial Lawyers’ Association.
