Kristin R. Nadareski’s practice focuses on defending physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice maters, and the defense of clients in personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, and civil rights litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Kristin gained experience in a variety of legal settings. She worked at Gen II Financial Services, where she assisted with compliance matters, and at Boyle Legal, where she gained substantial experience in the field of bankruptcy law, legal research and writing. She also participated in New England Law’s Mediation Clinic, where she developed experience in negotiation, dispute resolution, and client advocacy.
During law school, Kristin was actively involved in several student organizations, including the Business Law Society and Criminal Law Society. She also participated in CORI, a program focused on assisting with sealing eligible criminal records, and If/When/How an organization dedicated to advancing access to justice for vulnerable communities.
Kristin earned her Juris Doctorate from New England Law | Boston in 2025 and her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University at Buffalo. She passed the July 2025 New York State Bar Examination and is admitted to practice in New York.
