Keather M. Papa earned her undergraduate degree in Health and Society from University of Rochester in 2002 and her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2006 with honors.

Keather practices in the field of civil litigation including the defense of medical malpractice claims against doctors and hospitals. She also represents a variety of clients in the defense of personal injury and premises and general liability cases. Before joining the firm, Keather practiced law in Morristown, New Jersey, where she represented insurance companies, homeowners, contractors and various other clients. Her practice focused on representing automobile insurance companies in all aspects of potential and ongoing medical and health care fraud litigation related to no-fault benefits. She also represented various insurance companies in claims for coverage. Keather served as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Ronald B. Sokalski, J.S.C. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Paterson County.

Keather is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey State Courts. She is a member of the Capital District Trial Lawyers and the Albany County Bar Association.
